This gentleman came to my house to fix my washer. We had a long conversation over the phone to explain the situation and set clear expectations before he gets to my house. He said he will charge me $95 for service call charge plus diagnostic and another $30 for replacing the lid lock a total of $125. He showed up and played for a good 30 minutes and the issue didn’t get resolved, I paid him the $1250 but I kinda feel stupid because, nothing was diagnosed or fixed but I still paid him in full just because he showed up. I still give him 5 stars because I feel I could’ve done better than this.

This guy was great! He helped me out after a repair through another company didn’t work and I couldn’t track down the repair guy. He told me what the issue was and he didn’t feel comfortable taking any money from me. This is a great sign of integrity that you don’t see a lot these days and I’ll keep his number for any future issues I have. Keep up the good work!!!

We’ve been having issues with our dryer with a super annoying squeaking noise, Max came by and diagnosed the issues had the parts order took his time off during the holidays repaired the dryer and did pre maintenance to insure longevity of the drying machine.
I can recommend him to anyone whose having appliance issues.
